This earlier model of JCB were the machines that JCB built their name on. With the heavier axles, bombproof early Perkins engine and the much heavier wiring looms have led these machines to be greatly sought after now in comparison to the much younger models.

Based on the shorter 7m chassis make this model very compact and manoeuvrable yet still with nearly 11m reach.
